Watch, pause, and rewind as many times as necessary as you learn from our talented educators. Printable PDF materials accompany the video lesson to supplement the information on screen. You must use a desktop computer/laptop with the FREE Adobe Reader software to access our layered PDF patterns. Mobile devices are not currently compatible.
Layered PDF Patterns
Most of our Children's Corner Patterns are also available in digital download PDF format for you to download and print at home. Our patterns use layers technology which means you can select and print only the size/s need. To access layers, open using Adobe Reader on your desktop/laptop computer. Mobile devices are not currently compatible. There are no returns or refunds on our digital download products.
FAQs
Do I need an account to access my files?
You do not have to have an account to access to your downloads. However, it is recommended you do make an account as you can access your previous purchases in one location. To create an account, click on the person icon on the top right of the screen and click "Create an Account."
My computer crashed and I lost my files. How do I get my pattern?
If you have downloaded the file less than 5 times, you may access the link from the original email or your digital content library. If you have further trouble, contact us.
I only have an iPad. Can I print my pattern at home?
Printing PDF patterns requires exact accuracy in printing to be sure your garment will be sized correctly, and with iPads you are not able to change the print settings for a PDF file. You will need to print from a laptop or desktop computer with the proper software to open and print a PDF document. Our layered patterns require Adobe Reader to turn on and off layers before printing. Always make sure to check the 1” test square after printing.
What is included in the digital pattern file?
In each file, you will receive printing instructions, step-by-step pattern instructions and the pattern pieces.
Can I get a refund on my digital product?
For digital pattern and video purchases, all sales are final and may not be returned for a refund or exchanged for store credit.
